Smoked salmon, prawn and avocado
compressed cucumber and herb oil

Haggis neeps and tatties
with a wee dram of whisky

Braised featherblade of scotch beef
served with rumbledethumps bonbon
roasted carrot and spiced puree

Traditional cranachan
raspberries, heather honey and oatmeal

£24.95 per person
